Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow SAM Pro Analyst / Software Asset Management Engineer to act as the technical authority for ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro). This role is responsible for platform configuration, software model governance, data integrity, and troubleshooting across SAM Pro processes. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing SAM Pro tables, performing normalization and reconciliation, and working closely with CMDB and Discovery teams to resolve inventory issues.
