Job Description

What You Will Do


  • Accountable for the overall stability, performance and security of the ServiceNow platform.

  • Ensure the ServiceNow platform architecture aligns with business strategy and delivers secure, scalable and future-ready solutions.

  • Define and maintain the long-term technical platform roadmap release plan.

  • Identify opportunities to maximize value from ServiceNow investments and improve service delivery through automation and standardization.

  • Define platform and data architecture standards, patterns and documentation, ensuring design consistency and data integrity across the platform.

  • Guide teams through solution design, technical delivery and environment strategy, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.

  • Enforce technical governance across the platform through defined standards and design authority practices.
