AGT Food and Ingredients Inc. is seeking a Settlements Coordinator to join our Regina Head Office team.

Duties:

1. Manage workflow ensuring all purchase contracts due for payment are processed, approvals applied, and payments distributed in an organized manner.
2. Ensure high-quality communication and dialogue with producers and staff.
3. Perform effective verbal and written communication in person, by phone, and by email.
4. Maintain and distribute settlement documents, contracts, and reports.
5. Prepare weekly reports of purchase contracts due for settlement.
6. Ensure all authorizations are complete prior to settling purchase contracts.
7. Reconcile grain receipts to purchase contracts and identify errors or omissions.
8. Reconcile regulatory and other deductions applicable to purchase contracts.
