Shift Lead Engineer

Job Purpose: To ensure delivery of the Engineering support to the Northwich site across 24/7 enabling the Engineering team to provide the required levels of service in support of the manufacturing strategy. To ensure the safe, effective and efficient running of the department is maintained through the engineering shift teams. To ensure daily workloads are prioritised and delivered in compliance to site policies and procedures.​

What you will contribute ​

• Co-ordinate and prioritise the activities of a shift engineering team in providing support to the operations team.​


• Monitor the completion of PMs and other equipment inspections.​


• Operate as senior engineering point of contact for Shift Managers.​


• Support Short Interval Control, and daily endo of shift review meetings with Shift Managers.​
