The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Shift Manager is responsible for leading and supervising production teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets during their assigned shift. They play a critical role in ensuring compliance with food safety standards, fostering a positive team environment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process. This role requires working a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (2 days, 2 nights, followed by 4 days off).
