Shipment Coordinator

Location: Neuquén, Argentina

The Shipment Coordinator supports daily shipping and logistics activities, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time deliveries. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate shipments, solve operational issues, and keep logistics processes running smoothly, always following established procedures and ROSEN Group quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, warehousing, stock handling, picking, packing, and preparation of materials for shipment, ensuring physical and system accuracy.
• Assure the shipment meets all applicable safety and regulation requirements by appropriate packing of materials.
• Coordinate and handle transport requests or consignments by sea, air, and land haulage, including all documents required for transportation.
