Description

In this role, the Simulator Technician performs complex but standard technical tasks related to preventive and corrective maintenance of simulators and associated systems. The role includes work performed in office, on site, and in the field, and may involve limited design-related activities. The incumbent supports simulator availability, performance, and customer satisfaction while adhering to CAE quality standards.


Key responsibilities include:
+ Perform preventive maintenance tasks on simulators and associated simulator systems
+ Diagnose and correct routine problems on simulators and associated systems
+ Assist in diagnosing and correcting more complex issues on simulators and associated systems
+ Utilize the maintenance management system to record, track, and document maintenance activities
