Insight Global is looking for a Site Administrator to support an oil and gas client out of Medicine Hat for 6 month contract. Reporting to the Program Manager - Turnaround, this role will be responsible for providing admin support prior to and during the turnaround. Responsibilities:

• Assist printing off Job Plan Packages for Binders.
• Completing Job plan Binders after reviewed and completed by management.
• Data entry into Maximo.
• Daily support to all TA group personnel with data entry and admin as needed.
• Ordering stationery/consumables for TA group.
• Organizing Job packs according to areas and WO#’s alphabetically.
• Send in any IT requests required by Plains/contractors.
• Host all team meetings online, assisted by meeting creator.
• Onboarding and orientation tracking and compliance for all staff and contractors
