We’re in search of a Site Administrator (1 open position) for one of our properties in Kingston.

YOU HAVE:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
• Excellent computer skills - particularly in Word, Excel, and E‑mail
• Strong administrative skills and energy in this fast‑paced environment
• Attention to detail and procedure
• Ability to deal with diverse groups of tenants
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Good people skills and excellent customer service
• The ability to interact positively with tenants and staff
