The Small Business Relationship Manager is responsible for driving growth and market adoption of Manulife’s digital-enabled retirement solution for small businesses. This role promotes FutureStep as the leading small-plan offering, builds and strengthens advisor relationships, and executes targeted strategies to contribute to the national sales quota. Through consultative conversations, the SBRM identifies advisor needs and positions tailored FutureStep solutions, supporting advisors from initial prospecting through plan setup. The role also delivers onboarding guidance, product demos, and education to enhance advisor comfort with the platform. Additional responsibilities include managing an accurate pipeline, servicing advisor and client need, responding to qualified RFPs, preparing proposals, and supporting finalist presentations.
