Social Media & Brand Manager

Reporting to the Director, Operations and Delivery (with a dotted line reporting to the Organic Performance Manager), the Social Media Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and executing social media campaigns on social platforms for our clients as well as our own brand.

The right candidate will also be instrumental in ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction by delivering excellent social media-based solutions while ensuring deliverables are within scope, budget, and timelines.

We are looking for a highly personable, upbeat communicator who is confident in client meetings and can maintain strong client relationships while juggling a high-volume portfolio (currently up to 39 active accounts).
