Job Summary This post is in Network 7 (East Cork City), working as part of an Interdisciplinary team providing supports to children and young adults, 0-18yrs and their families. This will include children and young adults with Intellectual, Physical, Sensory disability, children on the Autistic Spectrum and children and young adults at risk of or query developmental delay; where their needs require the support of an Interdisciplinary Disability team.
