Your Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment for an experienced Social Worker II in the Stollery emergency department. You will be highly skilled in working with children and families and have emergency, crisis interventional and pediatric experience in a tertiary center. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and can problem solve in a high stress environment. You will have good knowledge of community resources, mental health supports, an understanding of child development, be trauma informed and understand family dynamics. This position requires compassion, cultural sensitivity, indigenous awareness training and advocacy for all families.
