Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• With a specific focus on product implementations, hires, monitors, and develops all resources
• Oversees individual performance goals and ensures appropriate assessments of delivery versus the stated goals, general performance, alignment with the JANA Values and Way, and development
• Conducts monthly 1-1s and quarterly and year-end reviews for direct reports, including fostering an environment of constructive feedback
• Manages and grows a strong team by fostering day-to-day working relationships with their to ensure alignment and successful client outcomes
• Creates and maintains a culture of exceptional client care, team synergy, learning, and growth
• Leads by example and inspires the JANA team in a positive, high-performance way, demonstrating a passion for our Culture, our People, and our Mission
