Job Summary

The Software Quality Assurance Developer II (Manual Software Tester) is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented contributor who helps ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of CRM web and mobile applications. This role focuses on thoughtful manual testing, deep exploration of product behavior, and close collaboration with cross‑functional partners in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, document, execute, and maintain manual test cases aligned to business and technical requirements for CRM web and mobile applications, including iPad and UWP platforms.
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and scenario‑based testing to uncover defects, usability concerns, and edge cases that may not be immediately visible.
• Configure, maintain, and manage remote test environments to support multiple products, platforms, and testing scenarios.
