Job Description

• Execute test cases using both manual and automated testing techniques to ensure product quality.
• Design, develop, and maintain software systems to enhance the functionality and reliability of our products.
• Develop and maintain the test automation infrastructure and manage the QA lab environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within our mission‑critical cloud services, implementing proactive solutions to prevent future problems.
• Create, maintain, and monitor internal service performance metrics.
• Collaborate with software development, release QA, and system operations teams to improve and enhance products and services.
• Work closely with R&D and technical support teams to track, troubleshoot, and resolve issues through the internal issue tracking system.
• Participate in customer calls for real‑time troubleshooting as needed.
