The Opportunity: 

The Solution Architect, iSeries plays a key role in translating business needs into scalable, robust, and future-ready solutions across Mattel’s core iSeries (AS/400) platform.  

This role operates at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with commercial and supply chain stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions and integrations across the enterprise landscape. As part of the Global Technology Organization (GTO), the Solution Architect provides hands-on architectural leadership across initiatives, ensuring alignment with platform standards, enterprise architecture, and global strategies. 

This role has a regional focus, partnering closely with business and technology teams to support regional priorities, enhancements, and continuous improvement of iSeries applications.
