The Performance and Capacity Management (PCM) team works across the Bank’s banking and wealth management divisions to minimize production outages, deploy monitoring tools, investigate performance bottlenecks, and support production incidents. As a Sr. Manager, you will lead a team of senior engineers, drive tool onboarding, tune alerts, create complex queries, and maintain service-level objectives (SLOs) data.

Responsibilities

• Champion a customer‑focused culture to deepen client relationships and empower the broader organization.
• Core accountability for creating, maintaining, and reporting SLOs for Infrastructure Operations.
• Lead the implementation and modification of PCM tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.) across business lines.
• Facilitate the use of technology and automation tools to improve SLO processes.
