Job Description

Join Dexterra Group as a Sous Chef for a short-term contract in an exciting lodge atmosphere. Lead meal preparation, train staff, and assist the Chef Manager in daily operations.

This role requires a dedicated professional with at least three years in food service. You will support food production, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to safety standards. With a focus on leadership and cooking skills, you'll prepare a variety of dishes while embracing the outdoors in a lodge setting.
