The successful candidate, will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, overseeing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Other duties will include assisting with menu planning, stock control, and maintaining food safety standards, while helping to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and delivering excellent dining experiences.
