The Strategy, Planning & Analytics Quality Manager within the Strategy team at Rappi is responsible for the design and execution of Rappi’s highest impact initiatives for Quality, setting quarterly targets for Quality metrics and controlling performance metrics on a weekly basis. The role leads cross‑functional projects aimed at improving quality, involving members of Product, Growth, Local teams, Operations, and Data Science. It is dynamic, fast‑paced, and involves frequent interaction with Rappi’s C‑level executives and the diverse general leadership team.
