Salary: €35,000 gross per annum + relocation package + bonus

An exciting opportunity is available for an experiencedSpa Managerto lead the operations of a wellness centre within a resort environment located on a beautiful island destination. This position is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional who enjoys team leadership, guest interaction, and delivering exceptional wellness experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage theday-to-day operations of the spa and wellness facilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of10 staff members
  • Ensure ahigh standard of service and guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate staff schedules, operational procedures, and service quality
  • Support the development of the wellness offering and help achieve departmental targets
