Job Overview

This position is for a Payload Systems Engineer who will lead a heterogeneous team delivering ENABLER payloads for Aistech Space's satellite constellation. The role involves coordinating interfaces with satellite platforms, preparing for daily operations with Ground and User infrastructure teams, and ensuring optimal geometric and radiometric performance of the payloads.

Responsibilities

• Understand Aistech Space’s mission objectives.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of our satellites and payloads.
• Participate in design, analysis, integration, and testing phases within the Space Infrastructure department.
• Research new technologies, prototype ideas, and operational concepts and proactively push new ideas.
• Perform technical calculations for payload budgets focusing on optical KPIs such as SNR, NEtD, and MTF.
