Job Description The Contract Administrator serves as the primary point of contact during the bid stage, responsible for reviewing Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Requests for Tender (RFT) from potential clients. This role includes analyzing and interpreting contract terms, assessing the risks, and redlining agreements to identify and mitigate potential commercial and legal exposures. The Contract Administrator provides clear, concise, and commercially focused recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

Review Client bid documents for quoting Fixed Price, Time and Material, Target, Cost Reimbursable and Lump Sum/Turnkey contracts and advising on the suitability of each based on the quality of bid information received.

Prepare documents for Fixed Price, Time and Material, Target, Cost Reimbursable and Lump Sum/Turnkey contracts.

Perform comprehensive commercial and contractual risk reviews at both bid and post-award stages, i...
