Job Description
Job Summary
Provide proactive monitoring and respond to operational requests related to MHIRJ customer accounts, ensuring smooth execution within the dedicated team while maintaining strict compliance with company policies, procedures and operational standards.
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide relevant administrative support to all customers, with a special focus on all aspects of order processing, including quotes, MRAs, customer account issues and strategic leadership in order book management (interface with Materials Logistics).
- Engage in proactive customer contact, being attentive to and mindful of customer operations.
- Act as an effective liaison between the Customer Service group and all other internal functions to streamline workflows and improve communication efficiency.
- Coach customer service representatives, demonstrate best practices and provide guidance.
- Participate in and lead meetings with customers.
