Job Summary

Are you interested in a career in mental health dietetics helping patients with nutritional support needs? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic HCPC Registered Dietitian with good communication and team‑working skills. You will provide an excellent dietetic service via 1:1 assessments and group work on inpatient mental health wards for adults/older adults, and work in a friendly team to offer dietetic advice to older adults in care homes. Ideally you will have some experience in mental health settings, but support and training can be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide a Dietetic service to people admitted to mental health wards and, where required, to a Mental Health Rehabilitation unit in Halifax.
• Provide Dietetic assessments for older people living in the community under the Care Home Liaison Mental Health Team in Halifax.
