are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Payroll & HR Specialist to
support payroll operations and human resources across Latin America, the
Caribbean, and Canada. This role requires strong regional expertise, sound
judgment, and the ability to operate effectively across complex, multi-country
environments. The specialist will play a key role in driving payroll accuracy,
compliance, process consistency, and service excellence across the region by
partnering with internal stakeholders and third-party providers, strengthening
standard operating procedures, and identifying opportunities to improve
controls, efficiency, and the overall employee experience. This position
combines operational execution with process stewardship and continuous
improvement.
