The purpose of Service Management is to standardize the delivery of IT services at Air Canada to ensure consistency and steadiness in the quality provided both internally and by third parties, and to ensure it aligns with IT service management best practices as defined by the IT Infrastructure Library and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles. The incumbent is responsible for Air Canada's strategy for the fleet of operational mobile devices (iPad, digital assistants, iPhone) regarding hardware standards, usage policy and data management, and ensures that our suppliers deliver appropriate services and performance to maintain business continuity.
