We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to support and execute our digital acquisition strategy. Reporting to the Manager of Paid Media & SEO, this role will primarily focus on the day-to‑day execution and optimization of paid social campaigns, primarily across Meta platforms, to drive qualified traffic, revenue, and new customer growth.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in paid social who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, and is eager to deepen their expertise while contributing to the next stage of growth.

Some of what you'll do:

Paid Social Execution & Optimization (70%)

• Manage the day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and potential expansion into TikTok.
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across full-funnel objectives (prospecting, consideration, retargeting), including Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC),...
