The function of the Sportsbook Customer Risk Team Lead is to ensure that the sportsbook customer base is optimized for maximum profitability in order to stimulate growth in the business. This is achieved through a suitable, time efficient segmentation of sportsbook customers. As a Team Lead, you’ll be contributing towards setting up clear procedures and elevating the overall quality of the team.

Responsibilities

• Identify anomalies and emerging trends through customer activity and address them to the responsible team.
• Manage Sportsbook Customers with an analytical approach, ensuring an optimized customer setting.
• Mitigate risks from an AML perspective, Integrity matches, and questionable customers.
• Ensure team queries and requests are handled adequately and in a timely manner.
• Take part in the hiring process for new members of the Sportsbook Customer Risk Analysis Team in Bogota.
