Job Description
A SPS SPECIALIST is responsible for leading and facilitating process improvement projects using the Six Sigma methodology to optimize quality, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction. This role involves collaboration with various departments, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of Six Sigma projects, from problem definition to solution implementation and results tracking.
Use statistical and data analysis tools to identify improvement opportunities.
Apply the phases of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to ensure that projects are carried out effectively.
