Job Description
Lead Agile transformation initiatives across teams and departments, aligning delivery practices with enterprise strategy.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to deepen Agile maturity and foster high-performing, self-organizing teams.
Design and implement Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) tailored to organizational needs.
Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and other key events.
Identify and remove systemic impediments to Agile delivery; influence leadership to support change.
Develop and manage Agile transformation backlogs, implementation plans, and success metrics.
Deliver training and certification programs to build Agile capability across the organization.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.
