The Role

This role will be part of Global Shared Services based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Senior Analyst, Learner Engagement is responsible for working with U.S.-based Training and Development Wyndham University (WU) function within a General Shared Services model, shaping and executing the learner-facing experience across WU learning programs and platforms. The role focuses on creation and maintenance of website/webpages, branding, communications, and building strategy and plans for engagement experiences to drive awareness, adoption, and sustained participation in learning offerings for both corporate team members and franchisees.
