Job Description
In this role, you will impact customer retention and satisfaction by providing expert support, driving process improvements, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
+ Serve as the primary contact for complex customer inquiries.
+ Collaborate with Technical Support, Logistics to resolve customer issues efficiently.
+ Analyze errors and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve customer service processes.
+ Lead or participate in process improvement projects to enhance customer care operations.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ 2+ years of customer service experience tacking calls with a proven track record in handling complex customer issues and volume.
+ Strong knowledge of customer support processes.
+ Ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions using methods like Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
+ Knowledge of Excel
