**Main Responsibilities:*** Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of data pipelines, datamarts and AI workflows, ensuring scalability, resilience, and compliance with Sanofi’s standards.* Work closely with business and product stakeholders within the AI Workflow domain to understand requirements and translate them into technical architectures and deliverables.* Collaborate with Data Architects and Software Engineers to design, build, and maintain DataMart's, models, and integrations in Snowflake, leveraging DBT, Airflow, and Python for automation and orchestration.* Define, enforce, and continuously improve DataOps and MLOps practices, including CI/CD with GitHub Actions and infrastructure management using Terraform on AWS.* Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a small team of engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence.* Ensure high data quality and observability through automated testing, validation, and monitoring processes*...
