Overview
As Sr. Director Finance, you will be the principal finance business partner to the VP/GM Small Business Services (SBS) and will be responsible for financial oversight and leading the development and execution of the budget, forecast, and analysis for SBS. Responsibilities
Lead and develop the annual operating plan, strategic plan, and monthly forecast, translating strategic targets into well‑vetted operating budgets. Analyze actual results to forecast and advise leadership, ensuring fiscal year targets and long‑term strategic goals are achieved. Provide financial support and leadership across cost‑center accounting, expense analysis, productivity analysis, and capital efficiency. Drive preparedness for acquisition business cases, new product roll‑outs, and system or process changes.
