Globe 24-7 is partnering with a mining client in Ontario, Canada to hire an experienced Underground Senior Geotechnical Engineer.

Position Overview 

The Senior Underground Geotechnical Engineer leads the ground control function and delivers geotechnical services in accordance with the site’s ground control management plan. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this role collaborates with cross-shift teams and ground control personnel to support engineering and operations in the safe and efficient execution of underground mine plans.

The Responsibilities

• Lead the annual review and update of ground control and seismic risk management plans.
