As a Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for implementing the procurement strategies for indirect Materials, develop suppliers and execute savings projects
**How you will do it?
**
- Responsible for procurement of MRO and raw material components
- Insures timely processing of all purchase orders.
- Requires and processes quotes from and issues bid/orders to suppliers.
- Implement cost savings procedures in tool crib; create and maintain min-max system to assure indirect supplies/machine/fixtures spare parts are available; conduct product operations in Spanish language; work with suppliers in the U.S. and Mexico
- Meet or exceed annual goals related to cost and trade working capital
- Propose and report Regional/Low spend Category strategies to support site purchased material
- Implement strategies and actions to reduce suppliers, standardization and/or demand management
