Overview

The position has overall responsibility for all financial matters related to the Sanimex Vitreous Operations in Mexico, a large-scale, complex, multi-plant manufacturing organization consisting of approximately 2,875 employees.

This role serves as the principal financial advisor to the Director of Operations – Sanimex and all key members of Plant and Operations leadership. The position executes responsibilities in full alignment with Kohler Co. policies, procedures, governance standards, and matrixed organizational structure.

The role requires the highest level of integrity, transparency, and candor in all interactions with Plant Management, Leadership, and Kohler Co.
