Location: Gummidipoondi
Position Objective:

+ Formulation and execution of a comprehensive quality control program in alignment with the global quality standards set out by Kemin World Wide.

+ Ensure that our products meet the quality specifications when delivered to the customer, coaching and mentoring of junior staff

+ Work Environment: Quality Control laboratories at GMD and factory as whole.

+ Required to work in early morning and evening shifts ocassionally.


Responsibilities


+ Develop a quality testing plan for all raw materials, finished products and packing materials

+ Collecting random samples and monitoring compliance of good manufacturing practices.

+ Review and update the quality plan based on changing requirement on a frequency basis.

+ Ensure that the testing of RM, FP and PM are carried out as per the approved quality plan.
