Role Purpose:
Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, Americas Community of Expertise (COE), the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, Latin America is responsible for developing and executing the long-term total rewards strategy for Latin America including Mexico, Brazil and Chile
Role Responsibilities:
Develop the regionβs total rewards strategy to achieve business goals and objectives and to position Carrier as an employer of choice within Carrierβs global compensation and reward framework.
