The Sr Operations Manager (Final Pack) leads a team of employees, and ensures the critical metrics of the area are met, guaranteeing the production plan fulfillment.
The main challenges for this position are partner management, people development, follow‐up of the tactical implementation plan, ensure the brand protection and novelty confidentiality and participation with other plants to share standard processes.
