Define the strategy and roadmap for hospitality operations products utilized by Guest Services, Market Operations, and Housekeeping teams. Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Sonder’s middleware platform, ensuring it powers integrations, automations, and data flows across the business. Lead discovery and delivery for new integration and automation opportunities, reducing manual workflows and unlocking efficiency for Operations teams. Partner closely with engineering to deliver both simple integrations and complex architectural solutions.
