yThe Sr. Project Manager, Accounting performs and manages Virtual F&I Standardization projects through collaborative efforts with Virtual team to assess customer needs, ensure timely project milestones, professionally communicates process, tasks and milestones with customers
Position Responsibilities & Essential functions
Accounting chart of accounts clean-up
Accounting Standardizations
New Year Service Updates
MIS reports
Add and update accounts to the chart of accounts using the COA Excel processing tool
Add and update single company and consolidated Financial Statements
Prepare for and Complete Accounting Standardizations, including the Chart of Accounts. Schedules and Journals
Update Virtual Biller files after changing the chart of accounts with the AGSM function
