Job Description
The Risk Analyst functions as a senior Control Advisor responsible for analyzing, assessing, and challenging operational and enterprise risk management practices across the organization. This role requires an expert-level understanding of control design and effectiveness, internal audit practices, and risk mitigation methodologies. The ideal candidate will confidently lead conversations, challenge assumptions, form strong viewpoints, and provide independent assessment of whether risks are being appropriately mitigated.
A successful Senior Risk Analyst brings deep experience in control testing, governance, and internal audit, with the ability to quickly join and understand existing control environments, assess key risks, and evaluate whether controls truly operate as intended.
