Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for the application of HR principles, practices, and tools that support the execution of business strategy and provide a positive work environment.
• HR consulting and coaching, such as working with business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues, and providing expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc.
• Policy and procedure management, general customer service and wellness, development and human resource management, and process improvement support.
• Perform Human Resources responsibilities within the assigned client group, including, but not limited to, day‑to‑day employee relations, career path, employee engagement, employee development, and cultural change for the assigned department area.
