About the Role
Act as the expert source for all HiredScore integration through the Project implementation life cycle.
Deep technical understanding of all relevant systems integrated with HiredScore (e.g., ATS, CRM, HCM, etc.).
Client-facing - Including presenting and explaining our technology, integration, IT, Security architecture, and answering formal questionnaires.
Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements.
Leading improvements and Enabling our sales and engineering process (via tools, processes, and other initiatives), Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage.
Configuration and testing of HiredScore integration on the client systems while addressing client-specific challenges.
