What You'll Do Own end-to-end implementation delivery for multiple concurrent customer engagements, from low-level design through customer sign-off. Translate high-level designs handed over by the presales/solution architect team into detailed low-level designs within a five-working-day turnaround per customer. Conduct internal and external kickoffs with customers and the presales team to align on scope, design, and delivery plan. Plan and sequence work across parallel customer projects to maintain delivery throughput without compromising quality. Drive automation across switch deployment, configuration rollouts, and repeatable site activities to scale implementation throughput. Conduct customer workshops, CSAT meetings, and stakeholder reviews on-site at customer locations. Improve internal LLD templates, runbooks, and operating procedures based on lessons learned across engagements.
