SUMMARY

Maintains responsibility for designing and maintaining aspects of technical training programs that support Subaru technicians. Independently develops assigned curriculum modules and contributes to new technology training initiatives while partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional stakeholders. Operates with strong technical autonomy but does not hold budget or formal people management responsibility.

PRIMARY RESPONSBILITIES

+ Independently designs, develops, and updates specific components of instructor-led and digital technical training curriculum, including lesson plans, student materials, assessments, and multimedia assets.

+ Coordinates with Development Managers, Multimedia Designers, and external vendors to support production of training materials and ensure alignment with development timelines.
