For our client, a global organization with a Shared Service Center, we are seeking a SSC Service Manager  (PTP, OTC, RTR) to join their leadership team. This role plays a key part in ensuring service excellence, governing end-to-end finance processes, and driving continuous improvement across multiple process towers within the SSC.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Define, monitor, and continuously improve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive service quality and performance transparency.


• Partner with internal stakeholders and global process owners to standardize and harmonize financial processes, ensuring efficiency, control, and compliance.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and local entities, positioning the SSC as a trusted and value-driven partner.
